I have 2 studio apartment in Saldanha palms II project
Locality- quite good locality surrounded by so many mostly new multi-storey apartments & JS palms & other hotel etc. Saldanha palms II is quite spacious,with gated boundry wall and a mini garden. 2 lifts are well maintained. Swimming pool- good functioning, well maintained swimming pool with regular chlorination machine and a shower point is there.
Maintenance staff- regular sweeping & mopping staff and a small office with day caretaker staff is there. Security- separate dusk to dawn watchman is there. Water- there is a covered well ,fitted with pump lifting water to overhead tank thus giving 24 hour running water to all the residents. In addition there is a municipal supplied common water tap in the ground floor.
Construction quality- good with big size tiles on the floor
saldanha developers have a well maintained office in panjim ,with well behaved & co-operative staff. They also maintain a proper website giving all sorts of information regarding their different projects.
We bought our sweet holiday home in July 2012, from wonderful people Saldanha’s. We took possession on 25th August, 2012 on my Husband’s birthday.
I have no words to express my feelings for Saldanha’s Kieran Park location and ambience. Its absolutely a safe and beautiful place to spend our holidays for a life time. God bless SALDANHA’S.
